CLASS STYLES
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a fluid + dynamic style of yoga, with an emphasis on linking the breath and movement together. Appropriate for all levels, this class enables practitioners to move at a steady pace to ensure proper alignment and attention to breath. Expect to experience variations of sun salutations, a range of standing, seated, + supine postures, opportunities for breathwork + meditation, and of course a relaxing savasana to close out the class. Studio is heated 85-90°.
Restorative Flow
Through gentle movements + breath work, meditation, and restorative postures, the focus of this class will be on slowing things down, bringing balance to the body, and encouraging relaxation. It is appropriate for all levels. For in-studio practice, we encourage you to bring your own props or you are welcome to use the blocks and bolsters provided at the studio: two yoga blocks, bolsters or pillows, and/or blankets are wonderful. Wear warmer clothes, including a pair of cozy socks, or anything that feels comfy and allows you to relax more deeply into the poses. The studio is warm, between 80-85°.
Yin Flow
Traditional Yin yoga is a restorative practice that focuses on opening the fascia and deep connective tissues of the body by holding poses for up to 5 minutes. This yin flow class is yin with a bit more of a vibe. We’ll flow between the poses and incorporate exploratory movement and intentional breath in each shape. Class is very slow paced and relaxing while facilitating a deep opening of both the physical and subtle bodies. All levels welcome! Studio is heated between 85-90°.
Community Flow
Our weekly community classes are a discounted rate of $10 for a drop in, or class cards + memberships can be used. They are an All Levels Vinyasa Flow class. Gentle Hatha + Restore
This class provides a slow and therapeutic approach to your practice, making it a perfect option for beginners, newer students, and anyone looking to slow things down and get back to the basics. Through a series of warming and basic yoga postures, meditation and breath work, this class will leave you feeling grounded and renewed. The final 15 minutes of practice will focus on restorative poses and a deeply nourishing savasana. Studio is warm, between 80-85°.
Restorative Yoga
A warm and gentle floor-based yoga practice, combining guided meditation, breath work, and a mindful sequence of restorative postures supported by props. This deep and nourishing practice focuses on the fascial, lymphatic, and subtle body systems and supports with increased mobility, injury prevention, and overall wellness. A healing space to quiet your mind, and drop into the wisdom of your body, heart, and soul. Studio is warm, between 80-85°.
Power Flow
Similar to our Vinyasa classes, with a little more sweat, our Power Flow builds heat and focus through poses that engage your core, improve balance, and increase your overall energy. All levels welcome—modifications and amplifications offered throughout. Studio is heated 85-90°.
Yoga Sculpt
A dynamic flow with light weights and resistance training set to upbeat music - build strength, boost endurance, and leave feeling strong and empowered. Modifications always available. Studio is warm, between 80-85°.
Prenatal Yoga + Self Care
A nurturing prenatal yoga and self-care experience designed to support and empower expectant parents. Each session weaves together gentle, pregnancy-safe yoga, relaxation techniques, and thoughtful self-care practices to enhance physical comfort, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Connect with a supportive community and honor the transformative journey into parenthood.
Holistic Postnatal Wellness for Parents and Baby
A nurturing class designed for new parents and their babies, this holistic wellness experience weaves together nutrition, gentle movement, mindfulness, and bonding practices to support postpartum recovery and deepen connection. Each session blends practical guidance, shared experiences, and interactive moments to care for both parent and child during this tender and transformative time.
